Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of an eating house who ceases to carry on the keeping of an eating house shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every weapon held by him has been disposed of.
