Surrender of certificate.—Every auctioneer who ceases to carry on the sale of goods by auction shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Warehouses in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every warehouse receipt held by him has been disposed of.
