Intimation of change.—Every charitable institution shall intimate to the Assessing Officer, in Form 16 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Assessing Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
