Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a ferry shall apply to the Dam Safety Authority in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Dam Safety Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
