Surrender of certificate.—Every distributor who ceases to carry on the distribution of food shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Designated Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every stock of foodgrains held by him has been disposed of.
