Maintenance of premises.—Every licensee of a firing range shall keep the premises where the operation of a firing range is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every notice of manoeuvres kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the operation of a firing range, and shall furnish to the Government of Punjab in Form E, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
