Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a plant shall apply to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
