Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a plant who ceases to carry on the operation of a plant shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Wild Life Warden in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every monitoring report held by him has been disposed of.
