Application for registration.—Every operator of a plant carrying on the operation of a plant shall make an application for registration to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form III, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every monitoring report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
