Intimation of change.—Every operator of a plant shall intimate to the Chief Wild Life Warden, in Form VIII and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
