Safe custody.—Every limited liability partnership shall keep every statement of affairs to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the business of a limited liability partnership is carried on, shall record in Form DIR-12 the description of every statement of affairs so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Bihar within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
