Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any limited liability partnership dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Bihar in Form DIR-12, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every debenture then held; and the Government of Bihar shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
