Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the trading house shall apply to the Authorised Officer in Form SEZ-2 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Authorised Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
