Surrender of certificate.—Every petty food manufacturer who ceases to carry on the manufacture of food on a petty scale shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every stock of foodgrains held by him has been disposed of.
