Application for registration.—Every petty food manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of food on a petty scale shall make an application for registration to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in Form D, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of three thousand rupees and a statement of every improvement notice held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
