Application for registration.—Every registered medical practitioner carrying on the practice of medicine shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form 19, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
