Maintenance of premises.—Every registered proprietor of a design shall keep the premises where the application of a registered design is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every geographical indication kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the application of a registered design, and shall furnish to the Copyright Board in Form 9, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
