Fees.—The fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two hundred rupees payable on any other application under these regulations shall be paid to the Regional Director by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form CHG-1; and the Regional Director shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within forty-five days of its receipt.
