Intimation of change.—Every operator of a cold storage shall intimate to the Government of Gujarat, in Form A and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Gujarat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
