Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered body shall apply to the Review Committee in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Review Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
