Fees.—The fee of two hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Chief Controller of Explosives by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form VI; and the Chief Controller of Explosives shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within ten days of its receipt.
