Intimation of change.—Every proprietor of a shooting range shall intimate to the Chief Controller of Explosives, in Form IV and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Controller of Explosives shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
