Application for registration.—Every manager of a school library carrying on the running of a school library shall make an application for registration to the Board of Secondary Education in Form G, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of recognition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
