Application for registration.—Every owner of a diesel generator set carrying on the operation of a diesel generator set shall make an application for registration to the Central Board in Form VII, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every transit pass held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
