Intimation of change.—Every owner of a diesel generator set shall intimate to the Central Board, in Form VII and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
