Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a diesel generator set dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Central Board in Form VIII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of consents then held; and the Central Board shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
