Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in weights and measures shall apply to the National Commission in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the National Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
