Application for registration.—Every wholesale vendor carrying on the wholesale vend of liquor shall make an application for registration to the Excise Commissioner in Form H, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every label held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
