Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any scholarship disbursing institution dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form VI, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of beneficiaries then held; and the Government of Himachal Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
