Surrender of certificate.—Every shelter home who ceases to carry on the running of a shelter home shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Child Welfare Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every individual care plan held by him has been disposed of.
