Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any finder of treasure dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Custodian of Enemy Property in Form 7, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every parcel of land then held; and the Custodian of Enemy Property shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
