Intimation of change.—Every holder of land shall intimate to the Board of Revenue, in Form 14 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Revenue shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
