Application for registration.—Every charter operator carrying on the operation of non-scheduled air services shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form CA-3, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every aircraft held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
