Surrender of certificate.—Every importer who ceases to carry on the import of goods shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authorised Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form FC-4 of the manner in which every bond held by him has been disposed of.
