Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997); (b) "subscriber" means a person carrying on the use of a telecommunication service; (c) "tariff" means a tariff received, held or disposed of by a subscriber in the course of the use of a telecommunication service; (d) "Form H" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
