Surrender of certificate.—Every city gas distribution entity who ceases to carry on the distribution of natural gas shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every generating station held by him has been disposed of.
