Report of inspection.—The Deputy Chief Electrical Inspector shall, within fifteen days of an inspection, submit a report of the inspection to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form VIII, and a copy of the report shall be furnished to the city gas distribution entity on request.
