Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Authority in the custody of the Petroleum Inspector, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Authority; and where the Petroleum Inspector having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form III within twenty-one days of the succession.
