Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee shall apply to the Authority in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
