Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any management of a school dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate of recognition then held; and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
