Surrender of certificate.—Every point of presence who ceases to carry on the registration of subscribers shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Trustees in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20 of the manner in which every nomination held by him has been disposed of.
