Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a printing press shall intimate to the District Magistrate, in Form III and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
