Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a patent who ceases to carry on the working of a patent under licence shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appellate Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every patent held by him has been disposed of.
