Application for registration.—Every unorganised worker carrying on work in the unorganised sector shall make an application for registration to the Regional Board in Form 6, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every identity card held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
