Intimation of change.—Every unorganised worker shall intimate to the Regional Board, in Form 1 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
