Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a teleport who ceases to carry on the operation of a teleport shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Kerala in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every certificate held by him has been disposed of.
