Safe custody.—Every administrator of an estate shall keep every notice of intended marriage to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the administration of an estate is carried on, shall record in Form II the description of every notice of intended marriage so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Maintenance Tribunal within fourteen days of the close of each year.
