Surrender of certificate.—Every administrator of an estate who ceases to carry on the administration of an estate shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every notice of intended marriage held by him has been disposed of.
