Rule 11, Madhya Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2016 [SBP-FVR]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the administrator of an estate shall apply to the Maintenance Tribunal in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Maintenance Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
