Application for registration.—Every administrator of an estate carrying on the administration of an estate shall make an application for registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in Form VII, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every notice of intended marriage held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
